Grandma’s Standby Casserole

1 lb ground meat(beef, deer, etc.)
2 Tabs butter or extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
Dash white pepper
3 large, fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut up
6 scallions
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 spaghetti squash cooked by  boiling whole for 45 minutes
