Baked Chicken Breasts

2 half chicken breasts (free-range, of course)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
3 large or 6 small garlic cloves, diced
1 shallot, diced

4 large eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream(I use the cream off the top of the Happy Cow milk)
1/4 cup grated, fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
