Apple and Raisin Salad

2 Granny Smith apples diced (cored but not peeled)
1/2 cup Golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped celery 
Mix all together and put just enough regular mayo to hold it together.

Breakfast Mini Meat Patties

1 pound ground meat (deer works real well)
4 cloves garlic, diced or pressed 
4 pitted olives, finely diced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
