Why Exercising Muscles Tire When
Needed Most

The
cause of muscle fatigue during intense exercise is linked directly to
the muscle’s reliance on anaerobic metabolism for force production,
according to a new study by researchers at Rice and Harvard

Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups of cooked fresh sweet potatoes,mashed(you can boil or bake them)
1/2 cup local honey (or 4 tsp stevia)
1/2 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg
1 free-range egg, beaten with a fork
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
Combine all of the above together and place in a casserole dish.
Topping:
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp stevia
1/4 cup butter

Whipped Topping

1 cup liquid whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon stevia
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash cinnamon
In a small glass or metal bowl begin beating whipping cream. When cream begins to thicken, add the other ingredients. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then use where ever you like.
