		<title>Broccoli Casserole</title>
		<description><![CDATA[1 large bunch of broccoli cut into desired size
1 cup Happy Cow milk
1/2 cup mayo (no soy oil)
1 free-range egg
Sea salt to taste(I used 1/2 tsp)
1 1/2 cups of Happy Cow&#8217;s 3 year cheddar cheese
Steam broccoli until soft/firm

1 cup each cut up broccoli and squash (or any two fresh veges you like) -steamed

		<title>Cucumber Dip</title>
		<description><![CDATA[1/2 cup vinegar
2 large cucumbers, peeled and grated(I used the food processor grating blade)
2-8 ounce cream cheese
3/4 cup mayo (no soy oil!)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
