Breakfast Mini Meat Patties

1 pound ground meat (deer works real well)

4 cloves garlic, diced or pressed 

4 pitted olives, finely diced

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon basil

Put ground meat in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix by hand until well combined. Make into patties 1/4 inch thick and 1 1/2-2 inches in diameter.  Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes.

For a little different taste try using green olives or Kalamata olives.
