Brussel Sprouts Everyone Will Love

Fresh brussel sprouts cut in quarters(as many as you need)

Unsalted, dry roasted peanuts(1/4-1/2 cup)

Extra virgin olive oil 

Low salt soy sauce

 

Cover the bottom of a cast iron skillet with a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil, add brussel sprouts and saute for a few minutes(about 5 min, do not over cook). Add the peanuts and saute for 1-2 minutes then add a few shakes of soy sauce. Enjoy!
