Cole Slaw

Cabbage

Carrots

Mayonnaise (not fat free for low fat)

Sea salt

Garlic POWDER(not salt)

Shred the carrots and cabbage (however much you need). Sometimes I use the food processor and sometimes I cut the cabbage by hand and grate the carrot. Start with a serving spoon of mayo and add more if you need it. It's real easy to get too much. Add sea salt and garlic powder to taste.  Simple, but delicious.
