Deep Dish Low-Carb Pizza

4 oz. cream cheese

4 large eggs

1/3 cup heavy cream(I use the cream off the top of the Happy Cow milk)

1/4 cup grated, fresh Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 cups cheddar/Jack cheese (grated) 

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 cup Farmer's cheese(from HC) also grated

Topping of choice; I use peppers, onions, olives, sliced Roma tomatoes, etc. You can either saute them ahead(not the tomato), or put them on raw.

Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in cream, Parmesan and spices. Coat a 9×14 glass baking dish with oil. Put the 2 cups of  cheddar/Jack into the dish and lightly press into the bottom. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bake at 375 for 30 min. Remove from oven. Spread sauce, Farmer's cheese and desired toppings. Bake until bubbly and brown. Let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve. This one is time consuming and a little expensive, but boy is it worth it! This recipe will serve 4, but probably no more. Goes great with a salad.
