Fruit Crumble

3 cups fresh of frozen fruit of choice (peaches, apples, or berries work well)

1/2 cup of honey

1 tsp cinnamon

Toss all these and put in a baking dish.

Topping : 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup ground flax seed (grind it when you're ready to use it), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix all together with a pastry cutter (or two knives) and sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Bake in a 350 degree over for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm.
