Green Bean and Mushroom Stir-Fry

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 handfuls fresh green beans, French works best

4-5 fresh mushrooms, sliced

garlic powder to taste

1/8 cup sliced almonds

Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add green beans and cook until they start to get soft. Add mushrooms and garlic powder. When green beans and mushrooms are almost cooked, add almonds. Salt to taste.
